Position:

Restaurant and Event Service (FOH) : will be working in the various Outdoor/Indoor Dining locations and Event Services at Gervasi Vineyard.

Restaurant Service Duties for the Piazza include order taking, hosting, food running/bussing, and general front of house service to a fast-paced, large outdoor restaurant.

Event Service Duties for the Pavilion and Villa Grande include event set up, clean up and banquet style food and beverage service for small and large scale events, including a large number of weddings.

Back Of House/Kitchen Staff will be cross-trained and required to work in various back of house (BOH) positions
based on skills and business needs, including but not limited to Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Cook.

$4.40+tips/hr (FOH)
$11.00/hr (BOF)

Remark:

You may be requested or required to work hours as Event/Banquet Service based on business needs. your pay rate is $12/hr with no tips

$500 End-of-Season bonus on final paycheck for participants who work until agreed upon contract end date.
