For you who apply for Culinary Kitchen Rotation, you will be a part of the culinary team which masterfully crafts distinctive dishes and cultivates an authentic food experience for our guests. Your food knowledge will be put to the test as you prepare, cook, and garnish meals which are distinct by design, yet true to its place.

The perfect candidate:
- Must have some culinary experience
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of safe exercise technique and principles
- Good people skills with people of all ages
- Ability to deal with a diversity of individuals
Food and Beverage Rotation
Training Plan Phases:
- Orientation and introductions to the Host Company
- Restaurant Operations – FOH
- Restaurant Operations Kitchen
- Banquets & Event Management
- Restaurant Operations – Supervisory (Trainees)
The perfect candidate:
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance and follow Hotel grooming standards;
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work calmly in a fast paced work environment while meeting deadlines.
