The Objective of the program is to enhance the food product knowledge of the inter and to provide an overall understanding of the operation and its outlets through training and exposure. Depending upon individual initiative, previous work experience and business demands, each Intern will be assigned to one or all of the stations within the culinary department.
You hold yourself to a higher culinary standard and it is your attention to each preparation that keeps guests with us to dine. Working with a dedicated team of experts, you will learn something different every day as you work with new seasonal menus and unique presentations. You hard work pays off when a dish that you’ve thoughtfully helped to prepare has guests raving and anxious to return.
Training Plan Phases:
- Orientation and introductions to the Host Company
- Culinary Operations
- Food Cost and Portion Control
- Plating and Service Styles
- Culinary Supervisory (Trainees)
The perfect candidate:
- Must have some culinary experience
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of safe exercise technique and principles
- Good people skills with people of all ages
- Ability to deal with a diversity of individuals
