Job Description:
Gain invaluable skills and knowledge in the Food and Beverage department of one of the most prestigious and historical private sailing clubs in America!. J1 Interns will train in a diverse and multicultural environment, under the guidance and leadership of industry leaders in the luxury guest services field.
The. General Manager, Executive Chef, Dining Room Manager, Catering Director and Banquet Captain are all experts who will guide your through your training program, taking your profile further!
Training Plan Phases:
- Orientation and introduction to the Host Company
- Food and Beverage Operations Training
- Restaurant Beverage
- Member Parties and Outside Events Training
- Clubhouse Maintenance and Organization Training
The perfect candidate:
- Strong communication skill
- Ability to multi-task and interact professionally with guests and other employees required.
- Customer service personality

- willing to work cooperatively as part of team required.
