Training Plan Phases:
- Orientation and introductions to the Host Company
- Garde Manger Procedures and Techniques
- Hot Line Production and Operational Mastery
- Banquet Kitchen Mastery Training
- Culinary Supervisor Phase
The perfect candidate:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and interact professionally with guests and other employees
- Customer service personality
- Strong work ethic
- Willing to work cooperatively as part of team
Additional Information:
- This is a 6-month program position.
- The housing weekly cost is $100. Housing locations will be accessible by walking. The housing is co-ed. Host Company Provided
- Cultural activities will be provided.
